PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE - WELCOME

Mr. Tom Ulses

Thank you for visiting the Columbus Catholic High School website. Thanks to the work and efforts of the Columbus High Web Masters there is a lot of information on our site. Take some time and learn more about what is going on at Columbus.

Our theme for this school year is "We Can." We are capable of even greater things as our faith leads us. "I have the strength for everything through Him who empowers me," (Phil. 4:13).

This year I will be posting many things on this page as we work to utilize technology to help us better communicate. There will be links that take you to the information you need.

As always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to call (233-3358 ext 111) or email me tulses@columbushigh.org

God Bless and Go Sailors!

Student Ambassador Program

The Columbus Student Ambassadors will begin visiting the Catholic elementary schools on Oct. 2nd. During the month of Oct. the ambassadors will visit the 7th and 8th graders at St. Pat's, Blessed Sacrament, Sacred Heart and St. Edward.

The Ambassador program is open to 10th-12th graders that are interested in promoting Columbus Catholic High School to our Elementary students. I met with interested ambassadors on Sept. 28th. Students received their Ambassador packets and forms need to be completed and returned to me ASAP. If you would like to learn more, contact me at Columbus. Thanks for all of your support.

Paper Recycling

Have you been wondering what the semi-trailer is doing parked on the Columbus parking lot? You can now drop off office paper, magazines, and newspaper in the trailer and Cedar Valley Catholic Schools will receive a check every time it is emptied. The trailer will be unlocked during the school day for you to drop off paper or paper can be dropped off at the Columbus office during regular business hours (7am-4pm) if the trailer is locked. You can make a difference for our students and our environment by recycling your paper.

Messages from Mr. Ulses

  • The Columbus Parent/Student Handbook will not be distributed to every family this year as we work to conserve paper. To read the Handbook click on the Link below. Each family will need to complete and turn in the Email and Handbook verification form. It was mailed to all families and is also available below.
